What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final Sale items are non-returnable. Initiate your return via your order confirmation email.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express (2–3 days) and Overnight options are also available. We ship to 52+ countries worldwide. Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
How should I care for my lingerie?
We recommend hand washing all lingerie in cold water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying, bleaching, or wringing. Store bras in a single row — never fold the cups. Full care instructions are included with every purchase.
